Binge on certain trigger foods
Tolerance for quantities of food changes/increases
Feeling groggy after eating
Sneaking food
Hiding food

Taking diet pills (over-the-counter or prescriptions)
Vomiting as a way to control weight
Others tell me I should lose weight
Avoid discussing food problems with others
Lose weight

If you have one or more of the above behaviors, you are at risk of having an eating disorder and could benefit from psychotherapy and nutrition counseling.  The sooner you seek help, or refer a loved one, the sooner health can be restored or improved.
