My Mission

The mission of Alice Baland's LIFE SOLUTIONS CENTER is to offer hope, help, and optimism to individuals, couples and groups with workable solutions.

My Plan

I assist individuals, couples, families and groups in improving their emotional, social, psychological, spiritual, nutritional and physical fitness status, energy, and quality of life.
