This is my favorite CD for myself and to recommend
to clients and friends to reconnect with a
spirit of calm. If you ever feel stress (and who doesn’t?), anger,
uncertainty, guilt, suffering, or emptiness, Thich Nhat Hanh has a
masterful way of helping you return to a sense of peace, beauty, stability
and optimism. One can listen to an entire disc or just
two to five minutes, so lack of time is no
excuse. Each time I listen to this CD I gain new knowledge,
a different perspective, a greater awareness of myself and what is
going on with me at the moment. While we cannot
change the past or predict the future, we benefit most by focusing
on the here and now, becoming aware of the greatest gifts of the present
in mindful living. I also recommend this CD (or cassette) to those with
depression, anxiety, eating disorders, loneliness, OK, just about anybody!
