Alice Baland, MA, LPC, RD/LD

What?

Grand Opening of  Alice Baland’s LIFE SOLUTIONS CENTER OF PLANO!

Alice Baland’s LIFE SOLUTIONS CENTER OF PLANO offers numerous programs to individuals, couples, families, groups, and businesses in the North Texas area.

A major goal at the Center is helping individuals heal from eating disorders. Over 7 million Americans suffer from eating disorders. Many of these are life threatening, and at the very least, are a cause of endless suffering for women, men, and even children. Since diets don’t work in the long run, the Alice Baland’s LIFE SOLUTIONS CENTER OF PLANO offers a multi-faceted non-diet approach that does work. One of the main programs to assist in this goal is OVERCOMING OVEREATING.

Another facet of the center focuses on relationships. While the divorce rate runs about 50% in the country, in the Collin and Dallas County areas it runs 60-70%. Find out how to keep your marriage fresh and alive through individual and group treatment which addresses conflict resolution, proper expression and processing of feelings, evaluating expectations, enhancing romance and more in Alice’s LOVE LESSONS.

Alice Baland’s LIFE SOLUTIONS CENTER OF PLANO offers counseling for trauma recovery, anxiety, life’s stressors, panic disorders, weight reduction, nutrition assessment and therapy, cholesterol reduction, diabetes, and other mental and emotional health and nutrition issues.

Flexible appointment times are available for days, evenings, and some weekends to fit most schedules. Group programs rotate throughout the year.
