Director:
Alice Baland, MA, LPC, RD/LD is a psychotherapist and registered/ licensed
dietitian and group specialist. Alice uses solution-focused, cognitive
behavioral, family systems, redecision and expressive therapies to help clients
heal, grow, and live more authentic lives. She provides dynamic educational and
therapy sessions. Participants will discover workable personal solutions for
