This report will help you evaluate your current nutritional status and
determine what changes you want to make in your lifestyle. Do you want to lose

This comprehensive nutritional report analyzes your current
consumption of protein, fat, carbohydrate, calories, and dozens of nutrients using the
top-ranked nutrition software program. The nutrition
summary provides individualized recommendations based on your nutrition and
health goals. It also includes excesses and deficiencies of nutrients in your
diet, such as B vitamins, iron, potassium, zinc, vitamin C, etc.
You
will record your food and fluid intake for 3 consecutive (normal) days and also
log your exercise. The computerized nutritional analysis will also include food
pyramid guide servings and diabetic exchanges. Alice Baland will personally
highlight necessary areas for improvement and offer suggestions.
