Computerized Nutrition Analysis

How much fat and fiber is in your diet?  How healthy is your food intake?  Nutritional analysis can put some thought into what you put into your body.  When you complete this three-day food intake form, Alice Baland, will perform a computerized nutritional analysis of your food consumption habits and provide you with a detailed description of how to trim fat and add fiber to your diet.  Also included:

  • Graphic chart analyses

  • Analyses in text format

  • Diabetic food exchange analyses

  • Food Guide Pyramid analyses

  • Nutrient ratio analyses

  • Reports and recommendations to correct nutritional excesses and deficiencies in the diet

  • Percentages of calories from protein, fat, carbohydrate and alcohol, plus amounts of vitamins and minerals.

This report will help you evaluate your current nutritional status and determine what changes you want to make in your lifestyle. Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to improve your energy level? Do you want to reduce your health risks? What do you want to accomplish?

This comprehensive nutritional report analyzes your current consumption of protein, fat, carbohydrate, calories, and dozens of nutrients using the top-ranked nutrition software program. The nutrition summary provides individualized recommendations based on your nutrition and health goals. It also includes excesses and deficiencies of nutrients in your diet, such as B vitamins, iron, potassium, zinc, vitamin C, etc.

You will record your food and fluid intake for 3 consecutive (normal) days and also log your exercise. The computerized nutritional analysis will also include food pyramid guide servings and diabetic exchanges. Alice Baland will personally highlight necessary areas for improvement and offer suggestions.

Included in the package are sample quick and nutritious recipes and menus designed to help you get started on the right track.
